1. Scope and Parties

1.1 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all use of the PostLikeMe platform and services (“Service”) by customers. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including both businesses and individual consumers.

1.2 PostLikeMe is operated by Kristaps Ozols, conducting business under Latvian law (“PostLikeMe”, “Provider”, “we” or “us”). The Provider and the Customer (“you”) agree that these Terms shall govern the contract. We object to any of your general terms and conditions unless expressly agreed to in writing.

1.3 Any deviating or supplemental terms of the Customer will not become part of the contract unless we have expressly agreed to them in written form.

By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for PostLikeMe and/or using our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

3. Account Registration

• To access and use the Platform, you must create an account providing accurate, complete, and updated information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

• PostLikeMe offers subscription plans detailed on our pricing page, including Free, Pro, and Business plans.
• Access to the Platform's features depends on your subscription plan and billed either monthly or yearly.
• Pricing and features are subject to change, but we will provide notice before changes take effect.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
• You authorize PostLikeMe to charge your payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

5. Use of Platform Features

• Your subscription grants you access to designated features such as AI-powered content suggestions, writing style analysis, post scheduling, analytics, and others based on your plan.
• You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for content and data submitted or entered through your account.
• Do not misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform or its services.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, data, designs, and other materials on PostLikeMe are the property of PostLikeMe or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.
• Your account data and generated content remain your intellectual property, but you grant PostLikeMe a license to use this data to provide and improve services.

7. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data according to the PostLikeMe Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described.

8. Termination and Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or illegal conduct.
• You may also cancel your subscription at any time, but termination does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. PostLikeMe does not guarantee uninterrupted access or accuracy of AI-generated content and analytics. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostLikeMe is not liable for damages related to your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

11.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Latvia.

11.3 The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
